Dr. Iman Nesseem began her medical career in Canada in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, where she established a thriving family practice and held hospital privileges. In 2016, she moved to Ontario, bringing her dedication and expertise to Oakville, where she has since built a successful family practice. Dr. Nesseem is a devoted physician who practices medicine not just as a career, but as a true calling. She possesses a unique gift for encouraging her patients and instilling hope even during the most challenging times. Many of her patients often express that they feel an overwhelming sense of peace when they speak with her, a testament to her compassionate and empathetic approach to medicine.
With a strong focus on women’s health, Dr. Nesseem provides a comprehensive care through all stages, from pregnancy to menopause. As a mother of three, she brings a special touch to her interactions with newborns and young children, turning what could be stressful visits into smooth moments for both kids and parents.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nesseem loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking, with her baklava being a particular favorite. She is endlessly supported by her husband, a urologist, and inspired by two of her children who are following in her footsteps into healthcare.
Dr. John Henein has been practicing as a family doctor in Oakville for over 20 years. After relocating from Halifax, Nova Scotia where he worked as a Family Doctor as well as an Emergency Physician. He settled in Oakville, Ontario where he has been practicing as a family physician since 2009.
Dr. Henein has expertise in doing various procedures including newborn circumcision as well as various cosmetic procedures.
Dr John Henein has been providing newborn circumcision procedures for the communities of Oakville, Milton, Burlington and Mississauga for over 15 years.
He also enjoys teaching, as he is an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer with the University of Toronto. He enjoys cycling, soccer, and spending time with his family.

Hello! My name is Jordan Gottschalk and I'm thrilled to be joining the group here at Oak Lake Medical Centre and Spa. After growing up and living our entire lives until now in the United States my wife and I are very excited to be starting this adventure in Canada with our two young children. We love spending time outdoors including finding all of the local playgrounds and looking forward to getting back on skis.
I attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine which means two things: 1) It's where I met my brilliant wife and 2) It means I'm a DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). If you are unfamiliar with that don't worry, that's not uncommon. A growing branch of the tree of medicine, osteopathic physicians have the same training of MD's and we all take the same board exams; we just get trained in a few integrative medicine techniques as well. I would be more than happy to talk about it with anybody who has any questions. After medical school I completed my residency at the MedStart Health Georgetown University Family Residency program where I served as Chief Resident in my final year. For the last eight years I have been practicing the full breadth of family medicine just outside of Orlando, Florida.
What has always drawn me to family medicine is the unique opportunity we have to get know and connect with our patients on a much deeper level than almost any other field. It's what makes this move so bittersweet, leaving the patients I've grown to care for and love so much in Florida, but also looking forward to meeting and building those relationships with all of you.

Dr. Mirchi is a dedicated family physician with a strong background in internal medicine and
nephrology, developed through years of training and clinical practice in both hospital and
community settings. She provides evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on
chronic disease management and health promotion.
With years of clinical experience, her passion for disease prevention and comprehensive
care led her to transition to family medicine. She completed her residency at the University
of Toronto.
Outside of work, Dr. Mirchi enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their son, and
their dog. She finds joy in gardening, walking trails, and connecting with nature.
